Lale Kosagan
is majored in Tourism & Hotel Management at Bosphorus University and after graduation in 1989, became a full time tour guide and travel consultant. She took a four year hiatus in 1998 when she served as vice president of Turkish Tour Guides' Association. In addition to English, Lale also speaks fluent French.

Lale's leisure time is taken up with interior design which she does for her own home, as well as friends. She too, like Kagan, loves international travel and joins him and their 2 young daughters on trips abroad. Please read her own words:

" Since the first years of my college education, I realized that 'guiding' is the most convenient job for my life-style. I am a very active person, love travelling, people and most important of all, I adore Turkey, its cultural & historical richness. What other possible profession could suit me better !...
My professional desire & struggle is to create a very positive image in my guests' minds of both modern and traditional Turkey. I believe a guide's role is to act as a host, show and reflect that love and pride of country to our visitors.
We accept you as our guests, not tourists...
