We; Lale & Kagan Kosagan are in this business for long years, working as private contractors / free-lance tour guides for many different international & local travel agents / operators.
Lale has worked for all the respected and well known operators including United, Insight, Rick Steves', Carat Tours and many many more.
I, on the other hand, was less of a bird and worked for fewer companies but in longer terms such as Trafalgar, Camel Tours, Key Tours, etc.
There was a time we both felt overqualified...
You know... in years, you get bits from here and bits from there and after a while you think you have seen it all... ours was such a situation. Working for others was OK for us since in our market we both were tour guides in highest demand, but then, there comes a time you begin to say... "come on, leave things to me, I will do it better".
We came to that stage 7-8 years ago and started to run our own business, mostly on private basis.

First step was designing & publishing our web-sites...

In our terms, we had great success.

From the first moment, we tried to give a friendly, relaxing and yet, professional enough approach on everything we do. And, in all these years, we have learned 'one' for sure:
"seeing things from the eyes of our guests".

Now, we have a circle of thrust around us. This is a chain... a chain of relations... our guests know... we would never & ever 'intentionally' do anything to break that circle of thrust.

This explains why %95 of our reservations were referrals last year.

There came a time when we were not able to accept all the reservations and had to say "sorry, we have promises given" even to people who were touring with us in earlier years... breaking hearts of our dear guests.
This was when we decided to form a 'team'... a team of licensed tour guides who are, we believe, as good as us, having the same principles, sharing the same values.
The idea of working as a team, again, in our terms, became a great success.

Finally, as a last step, we did some serious operational changes and became
KSG Tours & Travel Services.
We were/are fully licensed tour guides and now, we are a fully licensed travel agent !
